ANCESTRYBYDNA™ AND EURODNA™

The AncestryByDNA™ and EuroDNA™ (EurasianDNA 1.0 and EuropeanDNA 2.0) tests are not black/white litmus test, and your results will be a range of likely percentages, and the most likely of all of these will be presented to you as the Most Likely Estimate. You will obtain a single best answer from a statistical test that is possible, the prudent customer will consider their answer to be a range of likely percentages, and to consider their Most Likely Estimate to simply be those of this range that is the best estimate. 

With your AncestryByDNA™ and EuroDNA™order, you get a CD-ROM or printed copy that contains the following:

  1. Certificate and results table showing your ancestral proportions
  2. Graphical representation of your results
  3. Map of ancient human migration patterns
  4. Your genotypes at tested markers
  5. Example reference sequences are included for use in searching the public genome database

(*Please allow 6-8 weeks for AncestryByDNA™ 2.5 testing, 8-10 weeks for EurasianDNA 1.0 and 10-14 weeks for EuropeanDNA 2.0 testing, once your collection kit has been received by DNAPrint®.)

The price for AncestryByDNA™ 2.5 service is $240.00 USD. Service is for one individual's sample.

The price for EurasianDNA1.0 service is $430.00 USD. Service is for one individual's sample. You will receive the AncestryByDNA™2.5 and the EurasianDNA1.0 results with this EurasianDNA1.0 service. (For EurasianDNA 1.0 test, you will be initially charged $430 USD upon your order. If you do not qualify for EurasianDNA 1.0 testing, you will be refunded $190 USD, making the total cost of the test $240 USD for the AncestryByDNA™ 2.5 results.)

The price for EuropeanDNA 2.0 service is $650.00 USD. Service is for one individual's sample. You will receive the EuropeanDNA 2.0 results with this EuropeanDNA 2.0 service. (For EuropeanDNA 2.0 test, you will be initially charged $650 USD upon your order. If your do not qualify for EuropeanDNA 2.0 testing, you will be refunded $410 USD and you will be sent the AncestryByDNA™ 2.5 results, making the total cost of the test $240 USD. You will only be sent AncestryByDNA™ 2.5 results if you don't qualify for the EuropeanDNA 2.0 service.)

To qualify for either EurasianDNA 1.0 or EuropeanDNA 2.0 test, a person must have ancestry scores that fall within the following ranges:

  1. greater than 50% European AND
  2. less than 15% Sub-Saharan African AND
  3. less than 40% East Asian AND
  4. less than 15% Native American

The price to upgrade from AncestryByDNA™ to EurasianDNA1.0 for previous 2.5 customers is $210.00 USD per sample.   To upgrade to EurasianDNA 1.0, a person's prior AncestryByDNA™ 2.5 scores must fall within the ranges stated above.

The price to upgrade from AncestryByDNA™ to EuropeanDNA 2.0 for previous AncestryByDNA™ 2.5 or previous EurasianDNA 1.0 customers is $550.00 USD per sample.   To upgrade to EuropeanDNA 2.0, a person's prior AncestryByDNA™ 2.5 scores must fall within the ranges stated above.

 

ANCESTRY-MITO AND ANCESTRY-Y TESTS

With your Ancestry-Mito and Ancestry-Y tests your results will be presented as the haplogroup you belong to. Only males can take the Ancestry-Y test; however a female could have a male relative submit their sample for analysis. You will receive a written report with this in-depth analysis.

 

CONSENT FORM INFORMATION

REFUND POLICY

If you have not sent your swabs to a DNAPrint Genomics company, you may receive a refund of your order with written notice to DNAPrint Genomics within 90 days of the order date.  A $25 cancellation fee will be charged.
